Payment and Estimates:
Payment is required in full at time of service, which includes your insurance copay for office visit, deductibles and/or coinsurance that have not been met. Cosmetic services are required to be paid in full at the time of service. We accept cash, check, credit card, and Care Credit. Apply for credit https://www.carecredit.
